It’s the Right Time…

We have sensed that this was the right time, and the right place to break into the level of “Conference/Crusade” ministry here in Texas, and in North America. As you may be aware, in 1992, the Lord began to speak to us about “global thrust” that would see “global impact”.

We stand in awe and humility of the goodness of God to call us to such a powerful mandate from the Father. He spoke to us about raising up and taking teams into this nation of ours, and into other nations for global impact with the Word and His anointing. This was the time to launch and walk in this mandate and authority in such a way that it would affect the nations.

Before our crusade, we assembled a team to take out onto the streets to transform by the anointing and the Word of the Lord, and to invite to our evening crusades. Thus, we purposed to meet with local church pastors before the conference and crusade to share our hearts to see the river of God’s presence flow for harvest. Then we brought in Kevin and Kathy Basconi, and Patricia King for Monday and Tuesday’s conference. In the mornings, we had a powerful time of teaching and impartation, and then we took a team of 72 people out into the busy streets and marketplaces to minister, to distribute flyers, and to invite people to the crusade at the Humble Civic Center in Houston. And man, we saw great things that confirmed to us that God is up to something big here! What a life-changing time! The Holy Spirit flowed through the team in a mighty way as we ministered to people from all lifestyles: in restaurants, on the streets, and in shopping malls. We saw people healed, delivered, and refreshed. Many re-dedicated their lives to the Lord. It was an awesome testimony to what God is doing in Texas!

Here’s what one of our team members had to say in her coverage of our pre-crusade area blitz: On both Monday and Tuesday, after being blessed by teaching and prayer from Keith Miller, Patricia King, and Kevin and Kathy Basconi, our team of 72 people assembled to meet and to prepare, and then we formed into smaller teams and dispersed into a large mall, and surrounding shopping centers and restaurants. It was as though all inhibitions were removed and God’s joy and strength easily carried us like a river to those who were open and ready for His touch. Salvations, physical and emotional healings, releases of hope and destiny, people set free from addictions as well as other beautiful touches from the Lord blanketed the area.

Hundreds if not thousands of paper invitations were handed out to welcome people to come and attend the crusade meetings that be held at the center over the next four evenings. The anticipation of the crusades was Kingdom high! As the teams went out, some members were activated and released into gifts and anointing flows that they have not previously ministered in before. Prophetic words, visions, impressions, and prayers were non-stop as God revealed to us His heart for the people who do not yet know him.

During one of the prep times, a young woman from the team shared a vision the Lord had given her a month previously. In it, there were people at Deerbrook Mall that were praying for people in wheelchairs; and they were getting up and walking out of them. Since she had already seen God releasing a powerful presence at the mall in this vision, as she shared the vision, the level of faith rose in those who were headed there that afternoon.

God knows just how to equip those He sends out. Some of our team members overheard a telephone conversation in one of the mall kiosks. It was another kiosk employee calling to ask if they had received their crusade invitations! Word spread and excitement mounted as the word spread right through the very center aisle of the mall! The young woman’s dream may very well become a reality via those merchants and employees in the mall who have responded to God’s call on their lives to meet
